A big plus is that they also help increase your SEO on search engines such as Google, which makes your business searchable, relevant and more likely to come up against competitors that don’t blog.

Once Upon a Time Package 

A complete blog post, from coffee chat to finished story.

What is it? 

One written blog post of 500-1000 words.

Who is it for?

This package is if you’re looking to publish your first blog post, you just want a one-off blog post on your website, or you’re starting up with your website and want to try out a blog post. 

£140 for one blog post

What do I get?

Coffee and Content Chat

A relaxed 40-minute chat where I get to know you and your business, we explore your blog idea and what you want your blog post to say. 

This will be done via a zoom link, which I will email to you before our chat. Just bring your coffee (or drink of your choice!) and yourself.

Your blog post

A written blog post of 500-1000 words on a Word document that sounds you, is tailored to your business, your audience and your agreed topic.

Your first draft will be emailed to you for review.

Research

I’ll carry out reasonable research needed to write your blog post and make sure the content is relevant, useful and appropriate for your audience.

If your topic requires specialist knowledge, expert interviews or extensive research beyond the agreed scope, I’ll discuss this with you before carrying out any additional work.

One round of small amendments

Once you’ve received your first draft, you can send me any relevant changes or small amendments you’d like me to make.

I’ll make these within one week of receiving your feedback.

Small amendments might include tweaking wording, correcting factual information you’ve supplied or making minor changes to reflect your preferred tone.

Significant rewrites, changes to the agreed topic or additional rounds of revisions may incur an additional charge, which I’ll discuss with you first.

Booking & payment

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your Coffee & Content Chat.

I’ll send you an invoice by email with my bank details for payment by bank transfer.

The remaining balance is payable by bank transfer once your final version is ready.

I’ll send your final Word document and final invoice together by email.

Your final blog post remains my copyright until the full balance has been paid. Once payment has been received in full, you’ll have permission to use the completed blog post for your agreed business purposes.

A little note about timings

We’ll agree the Coffee & Content Chat and delivery date when you book.

Your one round of amendments will be completed within one week of receiving your feedback.

If feedback is delayed, the final delivery date may need to be adjusted accordingly.

The Storytelling Partner

What is it?

This is the option to agree to a minimum three-month commitment of either 1 or 2 blog posts a month.

There are two packages available under the Storytelling Partner

Storytelling Partner — Chapter One – £120 – minimum three-month commitment

1 × 500–1,000-word blog post article per month

Storytelling Partner — Chapter Two – £220 – minimum three-month commitment

2 × 500–1,000-word blog post articles per month
